Job Description:
1. Explore, evaluate and follow up hotel & resort projects independently which meet the strategic development of Barony Hotels & Resorts.
2. Participate in the negotiation & revise of contract, work with legal department to make sure terms & conditions of agreement are reasonable and in accord with market rules. Impel the signing of agreements effectively.
3. Identify potential owners, franchisees, partners and investors and maintain effective communications.
4. Collaborate with other departments, offer positive assistance as contact person for the projects to ensure the successfully and timely signing and opening of hotels.
5. Plan the business trip and budget reasonably and obey the policies and standards of Barony Hotels & Resorts.
Job Requirements:
1. College degree and minimum 2 years' working experience in hospitality industry or sales/business development department. Oversea experience of studying or working will be a plus.
2. Basic computer and analysis skills.
3. Ability to travel extensively.
4. Ability of market survey and prediction, master market dynamics with highly developed analytical and business negotiation skills.
5. Highly self-motivated, goal oriented and a results driven person.
